A gwinnett County baby sitter accused of murder did not strike the blow that killed an infant, but failed to get him medical help, a jury concluded Saturday.

Hyhoa Hoany, 31, of Stone Mountain was found not guilty of murdering 16-month-old Benjamin Dang, who died of a massive skull fracture in March. Instead, the jury found her guilty of cruelty to, and deprivation of, a child.
